Return of goods
We strive to provide you with only the best products, but we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange, return, or make a complaint about a product.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days and receive a refund or exchange it for another product.
The product you wish to return or exchange must be new and in its original packaging. If we receive a product for return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions (the product is visibly damaged, dirty, without its original packaging, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange.
