Hyper Microplastic Filter housing:

The filter housing is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304. It does not contain lead, is extremely strong and does not require maintenance. With the adapter, the filter is easily installed on most kitchen faucets without the use of tools.

Membrane:

The membrane consists of thermally bonded polyester fibers woven into a non-woven matrix. Hot air treatment creates a deep electropositive charge of the filter medium. All this is built into a multi-layer disc that provides a unique combination of efficiency, performance, speed and low flow pressure drop.

Filtration:

At the last stage of filtration, there is also an aerator, which disperses the water flow into many small droplets. This reduces water consumption by 60%, increases the oxygen content in the water and reduces the splash effect, and also prevents the formation of limescale on the aeratory.


Minimum pressure difference

The driving force of the process is the pressure difference caused by the volume density of the permeate flow through the membrane. The membrane is hygroscopically permeable to water, so a minimum pressure difference is required for operation

The membrane is designed and engineered to meet the most demanding needs of stopping microplastic fibers and fragments. Using the scientific principle of electropositive attraction or capture membrane technology leads to fast and highly efficient adsorption of almost all particle sizes. The membrane has a high capacity for particles from 100 microns to particles as small as a few nanometers.
